Returns/Shipping

Shipping/Production:

Most items ship within 1-3 business days, Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-2 weeks additional for all items with added personalization or added appliques.  However, production and shipping times may take longer during holiday season. Please make sure to check our site before purchasing during these times. If you need item(s) sooner than allotted times please email us before ordering to insure this is possible.

We do not ship on Federal Holidays.  During holiday season please allow for shipping delays. Shipping rates are set by the carrier based on weight and size. These cannot be changed by Mamie’s Monograms LLC. All items will ship via USPS First Class or Priority 1-3 day, NO ITEMS WILL BE OVERNIGHTED. We are not currently offering international shipping.

Mamie’s Monograms LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or re-routed shipments. We ask that you please make sure your address is correct on our website and your PayPal account.  Mamie’s Monograms LLC is not responsible for lost packages or shipping delays. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address orders will incur additional shipping charges. These will be at the cost of the purchaser and applies to free shipping.

If USPS shows delivery confirmation, a replacement order will not be shipped. For disagreements about receipt of item, please contact carrier directly with your tracking information provided by Mamie’s Monograms LLC.

Changes or Cancellations on Order:

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are unable to change or cancel the order. Please verify your items and all information is correct before ordering. If you have questions regarding ordering please contact us before completing your order.

If you are adding personalization or it is included with order, please make sure that the spelling of the name is correct. If order includes or you have added initials please make sure they are in the following order (first/last/middle) and full name is included. We will place the last initial accordingly with the monogram style you have chosen. When checking out please verify that ALL information is correct BEFORE submitting orders. We will use this information to create your item accordingly. Mamie’s Monograms LLC is not liable if the information given is incorrect.

Returns:

-ALL ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN PERSONALIZED OR APPLIQUED BY MAMIE’S MONOGRAMS LLC ARE FINAL SALES AND NON REFUNDABLE.

-ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALES AND NON REFUNDABLE.

-Shipping and handling fees are NON REFUNDABLE.

-SALE OR CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE.

-Gift Cards are NON REFUNDABLE

-We will not accept any item that has been worn, soiled, damaged, missing parts or that does not have the original packaging or tags attached to it. We will not except items used, washed or embellished.

Defective Items:

If the item is defective on arrival please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery for return to be approved. Mamie’s Monograms LLC will provide a return authorization (RA) number via email.  No product may be returned without a RA number. Replacements or Refunds will not be provided if unauthorized return. We will do our best to replace the items for you, if unable to do so we will issue a refund for full price of item.

The Return shipping address will be provided with RA number. Once item is received and processed we will notify you via email with replacement shipping or refund.

Exchanges:

We will do our best to honor an exchange as long as it does not meet any of the above listed terms. Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Once RA number and return address is provided via email, you may return item for exchange. Mamie’s Monograms LLC will do their best to provide item needed for exchange but cannot guarantee availability of inventory. If items are not available, a refund will be provided. Once item is received and inspected, an email confirmation will be sent with either tracking number of exchange item or notification of refund sent. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer for the return of non-defective or non-alerted products. 

ERRORS:

If there is an error on your order related to personalization or applique due to error on your part unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund the order. Mamie’s Monograms LLC is not responsible for shipping issues due to customer error or for items lost in transit. Please double check your mailing address, style, size, color and monogram before you complete your purchase.

 

If there is an error on your order that was our fault…no worries! We will replace the item at no cost to you pending inventory. If inventory not available we will be happy to refund your total purchase. We do not overnight ship.
